	Surface Diffractometer will be tested with the UHV chamber 
	and evaporators. Si(111)-7x7 diffraction will be measured to
	compared the intensities with BM sources. Also, Ge/Si(100), Sn/Ge(111)
	Ge/Ge(100) will be studied as the beam time allows.
