	materials, Si, Ge, C60, Au %26 Sn
	
	time: 3day minimum. (It is better to have a day available with some
	interval.)
	We will study applicability of newly found RSXD%A0 to well known surface
	systems such as Si(111)-(7x7), Ge(100)-(2x1) and their phase
