The first is USAXS data acquisition on systems that have been measured before: MgAl2O4 spinels, Portland cements, bicalcium nitrate (simplified cement), phase development in polymers, growth of silica crystals. The second is a commissioning exercise for installing (and using for the first time) the side reflection stages. These stages will give us essential pinhole collimation, enabling experiments on anisotropic materials.
