	Alloying of Si and Ge in larger size hut-shaped island duing
	Ge growth on Si(001) was reported in a study using EDX technique.
	However, the evidence is not quite strong. Also, althoug there have
	been many theoretical caculation on the strain of varoius Ge islands
	on Si, no detailed experimental evidence to support those theories.
	This enhanced alloying will be studied using anomalous x-ray 
	scattering around the Ge absoption edge.
