On annealing, 3 %26 4.5 ML films were observed to go through two height- transitions at identical temperatures. 1.5 ML did no show the same behavior. Other coverages should be tried to see whether these transition is trully from quantum size effect or thermal. Also, we will try to meausure the lateral sizes of islands and separation between them. Substrates should be changed for each deposition. Expected turn- around time for bake-out and outgasing is 32 hrs.
