description:
	Single crystal of nonreactive, nonradioactve material (Lead Magnesium Niobate) will be mounted in the closed cycle He gas cryostat. Cryostat will be mounted on 4 circle Huber  or Newport 6 circle diffractometer for diffuse scattering measurements. Expected temperature range is 15-300 K. Voltage upto 400 V will be applied to the surface of the electroded sample which is an electric insulator. All connection are well insulated and grounded.
