	NiCr and other high-tempearture alloys will be oxidized at
	elevated temperature. We will make time-resolved measurements
	of both the growth stress and the thermal stress generated by
	temperature cycling.

	Spot welder, Newport 6-circle with analyzer stage.

	Hot samples pose a fire and burn hazard. The sample will be locked
	in the hutch while it is hot.
