description:
	Previous measurements have shown angular dependence of f' in Xe gas.  
	However, standards using Kr, Ar and He have also shown angular dependence 
	well beyond reasonable expectation.  It is quite possible that the Compton
	scattering contamination is affecteing the measurements.  High
	resolution will be used to eliminate the Compton inelastic component
	for these upcoming measurements.
