description:
	We, in the Charles F. Zukoski's research group, hope to study the microstructure of fractal aggregates approaching and crossing a phase boundary.  This will gain insight into the particle-particle interactions of anisotropic particles.  Similarily, the structural changes arising from depletion attractions when polymer is added will be explored.  Another system to be studied is an aggregating protein solution to obtain size information.  By examining these interactions, a greater insight to the packing of nanoparticles will be developed.
