description:
	A doubly polished 100 micron thick Si 110 wafer will be mounted on a rotation stage located upstream of the x-ray microprobe mirrors. The crystal will be inserted normal to the x-ray beam and orientated with a 111 type plane normal perpendicular to the incident beam and to a rotation axis. A set of standard samples will be inserted into the microprobe system and Laue patterns collected. The energy of various reflections will then be analyzed with the transmission crystal; when set to diffract the energy of a reflection the intensity will diminish for a given reflection.
