	We can now measure the grain boundary type with extrodinary precision using the 3D X-ray Crystal Microscope. We will measure bicrystal junction and triple junctions of Ni samples to build up a statistical data base for grain boundary type under different processing conditions. This information will be essential to efforts in grain-boundary engineering and for efforts to understand grain boundary models.
