description:
	Measure x-ray diffraction and fluorescence from Fe-Ni-Cr ternary phase diagrams with 1 mm resolution over a 50 x 50 mm^2 area to determine structure and elemental composition. This is a follow-up experiment, with cleaner annealing to avoid oxide formation. I think the bend magnet will provide sufficient flux.
