	We will with Mark Vaudin use USAXS table to study texture of films on Si substrate.

equipment+required:
	USAXS table. Bruker(?) camera 
	Note: USAXS A stage will be heavily modified. There will be setup time needed and after this experiment, there will be significant USAXS setup time needed. Suggest scheduling close to Gabrielle experiment, which requires also modification of USAXS A stage.
