description:
	Initial nucleation of islands formation during MBE growth will be investigated by time-resolved RSXD technique. The taget systems are Al/Si(111) at low temperatures and Ge-Si quantum dots. Al is predicted to show non-periodic quantum size effect. The new evaporator will allow faster deposition to form smaller isalnds size in Ge-Si systems.
