	The X-ray Thermal Diffuse Scattering(TDS) intensities should have some dependence on the sample's temperature; and the temperature dependence is related to the phonon dispersion relations of the crystal. We are going to measure the TDS of a same crystal(Si, Cu, or GaAs etc.) at different temperatures and see how they depends on temperature and how can we get the phonon information from them.
