	I reset the request file counter and sped up the return of the CGI form response by not requesting that the HTML summary page be rebuilt eah time a new beam time request is made.  Now trying to schedule the HTML summary update by a cron job that runs a Makefile in top:/home/www/beamtime-requests.  Here is the content of that Makefile:
