description:
	Previously proposed, but only ran for 2 days.  We plan to used the microfocus CXD geometry to study thin films of Ge_0.3Si on Si(100) in which a low density of misfit dislocations has formed.  By positioning the beam on top of a single dislocation, its diffraction pattern can be recorded and the strain field structure determined.
