We will test both the focal spot size and the measuring methodology. In addition, we propose to test a multiple differential aperture film that will accelerate 3D differential aperture microscopy measurements. Finally we propose to test a thin Bragg crystal as a transmission band notch filter for determining Bragg reflection energy. The Bragg crystal should provide a factor of 2 better signal-to-noise than a previously tested Laue crystal. equipment_required: experiment: Microbeam/nanobeam optics foreign_nationals: hazards: none known instrument: 34ID-E microbeam instrument_other: minimumdays: 6 name: Gene E.
