We are currently able to invert these to get images of the illuminated patch of dots. We wish to extend the measurement to resonance at the Ge K-edge (11.0keV) to locate the Ge and Si parts of the sample. The complex nature of the resonant scattering may be detectable by phase-sensitive methods also. equipment_required: KB Mirrors (uncoated) and Newport diffractometer experiment: Resonant GISAXS measurements of Quantum Dot arrays foreign_nationals: hazards: none instrument: 34ID-C coherent instrument_other: minimumdays: 4 name: Ian Robinson new_request: ON nonmembers: unacceptable_dates: UNAVAILABLE dates: 5/25-6/21, 6/29-7/26 z34ID_change_undulator: no z34ID_details: Prefer non-parasitic running unless 11keV is acceptable to 34-ID-E.
