	Pb island grow to islands of the selected heights in a certain range of low temperatures. Although quantum well states dictated the these selected hights, there should be kinetic explanation why the higher T resulted in the higher islands usually. Time resolved reflectivity will be measured at different deposition rates and temperatures.
