description:
	This is a follow-up of our Cr-Fe-Ni ternary phase diagram work.
1. Ex situ study of carburization of ternary Cr-Fe-Ni films, to map out compositional dependence.
2. Map ternary phase diagram of Ta-Mo-Cr films, both as a demonstration of combinatorial techniques for refractory metals and to search for useful refractrory intermetallics.
