	In the UHV chamber in Sector 34 ID-C, we will deposit a thin film of Co onto the substrate of Au using the e-beam evaporator. This epitaxial growth will be studied with x-rays with the " Yoneda " or GISAXS geometries. Annealing behavior may also be studied after the deposition.
