description:
	AgCo and CuCo precipitates will be induced by ion irradiation of metastable random allows made by evaporation in thin films on Si.  The precipitates of Co are expected to vary in size in the range 1-6nm according to the dose.  They will be measured by GISAXS with a point detector.
