	3D x-ray microscopy measurements of plastic deformation distribution under nanoindents in single crystal NiTi.  Measurements will be performed on polycrystalline NiTi shape memory alloy.  Indents with indenter radii of 30 microns to 150 microns will be used to investigate impact of radius on plastic deformation distribution.
