	e will use grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering �iGISAXS�j geometry to study titanium dioxide films of about 100nm thick. Things that are interesting include the porosity of the films and how it changes upon annealing. We will compare films deposited by different method including sputtering and e-beam deposition.
