description:
	Aim of this proposal is characterize the formation process of metal nano-crystals obtained by dewetting process and to study the process as a function of metal film composition, substrate, temperature and time. We will carry out grazing incidence small angle scattering measurement, in-situ, during the thermal annealing of the metal (Co or Ni) film, few nanometers thick, which will be deposited in-situ on different oxide substrates.
