Our present focus is on ferromagnetic related multilayer films. We are currently collaborating with sample growers at Northwestern Univervsity who have recently begun growing multi-bilayer [Fe3O4-BTO] films grown on MgO. The current focus is to understand the strain effects on the ferromagnetic behaviour. We plan to measure c/a and c/b ratios with increasing thickness of the individual bilayers. Out of plane extended reflectivity will allow us to model the vertical structure and investigate the interfacial region. The ordered oxide superconductor-ferromagnetic bilayer interfacial structure has recently presented strong magnetic order [1]. XMCD taken at sector 4 of LCMO-YBCO bilayer films showed strong interfacial Mn related ferromagnetic order. The interfacial structure has still yet to be investigated thoroughly. Samples of different bilayer thickness as low as a single unit cell structure have been grown on STO substrates. We hope to obtain a preliminary study of these samples. [1] J. Chakhalian, J.W.
