description:
	A series of LaO3-NiO3 superlattice films with changing NiO3 component from 1 unit cell to 4 with the LaO3component remaining constant. We also have x3 and x6 repetitions of the total superlattice structure. 

We intend to measure the changing lattice lengths out of plane  of the systems on different substrates, LaO and STO. We will also measure the in-plane lattice lengths of the films and correlate with any measured out of plane lattice relaxation.
